The Junior League of Indian River is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through the effective action of trained volunteers.
OUR VISION
The Junior League of Indian River envisions a diverse organization which will impact the community by fully investing its human and financial resources. JLIR will work toward creating an environment that encourages each member to maximize her involvement and personal growth as a volunteer in the League and the community. JLIR will serve as a catalyst for community improvement.
OUR MISSION IN ACTION
Since its beginning in 1990, the Junior League of Indian River has supported many important projects and has made a positive impact on countless lives in Indian River by addressing the needs of our community. Our community support is through both direct financial assistance and the many thousands of volunteer hours provided by our members.
